倉庫上架的商品都顯示未上線 (all the stuff i listed on the trade site are showing offline)

我遊戲倉庫頁上架的商品在交易網都顯示未上線，非常影響遊戲體驗，撿的裝幾乎都不能賣錢，我已經試過重新登入、更改交易網上線狀態及角色隱私編輯，以上方法都失敗。請盡快處理

The stuff i listed in my vault are all showing "offline" on the player trade site, drastically affecting my experience of the game, most of the stuff i collected can't be sold cuz no one can see them, i have tried relogging, changing online status and character privacy settings adjustments and none of those worked for me. Please address this asap!
