Bug Report – Final Monster Stuck, Lost 10 Holes

I encountered a serious bug in Path of Exile 2 during the last 10 holes. The final monster got stuck - it did not summon any creatures and could not be killed. The map showed as "completed," but I was unable to finish it.
I tried multiple times and the same issue occurred. This time I directly lost all 10 holes, and I had used an expensive entry ticket to access the map.
Please investigate this issue and assist with compensation. Thank you.
